6 Week Challenge

In our 6 Week Challenge Package you will have a certified personal trainer and certified health coach with you during this program. You will learn how to be coachable, gain consistency and develop confidence as you build new healthy habits with fitness and nutrition. You will strengthen your muscles, shrink your waist, drop some pounds and develop your faith. The average weight loss at the completion of this program is between 15lbs-25lbs.

How it works

  • Complete onboarding questionnaire after logging into the app
  • With in 24-48 hours Receive Access to Your Orientation for your Nutrition Consult & Overview
  • Book Your Fitness Session (located under the About Coaches Tab)
  • Follow the Meal Plan Framework, Complete 4 Fitness Sessions per week (3 in-person & 1 virtual or all Virtual Sessions) Check-in each week for 6 weeks and lose 15lb-25lbs by the end of the program
  • Connect with your Coach for any questions via app chat
  • Connect in the Facebook Group with other members for support
